Bartender Series #3 - Sheeyo-Raichi (Cocktail),

Kicking it up a notch, Qing Ting has created a Japanese inspired cocktail, with sweet yet salty notes, that pairs extremely well with food. Warning, this drink is seriously addictive.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 50ml Barley Shochu
- 70ml Lychee juice (less sugar)
- 10ml Salted honey
To make salted honey:
Add 30ml of hot water to 100ml of honey, and add a pinch of salt (1/4 teaspoon). Stir till the salt is dissolved.
Directions:
Combine sochu, lychee juice, and honey
Carbonate mix in the Drinkmate
Pour over tall glass of ice, and serve
