Bartender Series #4 - Kiku (Mocktail),

In line with The House Bar's Japanese flair, Kiku presents drinkers with roasted aromatics paired with a floral flavours to create an incredible sip.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 100ml Chrysanthemum tea (low sugar)
- 10ml Vanilla syrup
- 20ml Genmaicha
Genmaicha: You may use either powdered, or freshly brewed genmaicha, whichever is available!
If using powdered Genmaicha, combine 1/2 a teaspoon with 200ml of hot water. Let cool in fridge.
Directions:
Combine chrysanthemum tea, and vanilla syrup
Carbonate mix in the Drinkmate
Pour over tall glass of ice
Top with 20ml of Genmaicha, and serve
