Bartender Series #2 - Coco Jasmine Fizz (Mocktail),

Coconut water, one of our absolute favourite drinks to carbonate, combined with light Jasmine tea, makes for an amazing sparkling afternoon drink.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 60ml Cold Brewed Jasmine Tea
- 1 Dash of Saline Water
- 80ml Carbonated Fresh Coconut Water
To make cold brewed Jasmine tea, infuse 2 tea bags of Jasmine tea in 1L of water for 12-24 hours.
To make saline water, dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in 250ml of water. Mix well, untill the the salt is dissolved.
Directions:
Carbonate cold coconut water with the Drinkmate
Add the Jasmine tea into a tall glass
Add a dash of saline water
Add ice to fill glass, and top up with carbonated coconut water
Garnish with Jasmine flower (Optional), and serve!
