Bartender Series #1 - Absinthe Coco Fizz (Cocktail),

A delectable, and refreshing cocktail using just 4 ingredients, that's sure to impress your friends and family.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 15ml Hendrick's Absinthe
- 30ml Cold Brewed Earl Grey Tea
- 1 Dash of Saline Water
- 80ml Carbonated Fresh Coconut Water
To make cold brewed earl grey, infuse 2 tea bags of earl grey tea in 1L of water for 12-24 hours.
To make saline water, dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in 250ml of water. Mix well, untill the the salt is dissolved.
Directions:
Carbonate cold coconut water with the Drinkmate
Combine the Absinthe and earl grey tea in a tall glass.
Add a dash of saline water into the mix
Add ice to fill glass, and top up with carbonated coconut water
Garnish with white chocolate stick (Optional), and serve!
