Bartender Series #6 - Autumn Highball (Cocktail),

Indian-inspired drinks are the backbone of The Elephant Room, and this drink is no exception. A drink for a hot summers day, the Autumn Highball leaves you feeling cool from the inside out.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

1. 80ml Whisky
2. 20ml Honey
3. 160ml Apple Juice
4. 400ml Cold Brewed Mint Tea
    • 4g Mint Tea Leaves
    • 400ml Cold Water
5. Mint Sprig
6. 5g Cinnamon Powder
7. 100g Icing Sugar

To make Cold Brewed Mint Tea:

  • Combine mint leaves with the cold water
  • Let sit and infuse for at least 30mins


Combine whisky, honey, apple juice, and mint tea

Carbonate mix in the Drinkmate

Pour over tall glass of ice

Garnish with mint sprig, and sieve cinnamon and icing powder over glass.
