"White Christmas" is a cocktail that embodies the festive spirit with its unique blend of flavors and textures. Combining the rich, nutty notes of Adriatico with the tropical freshness of carbonated coconut water. The result is a delightful fusion of creamy nuttiness and light, refreshing effervescence.
- 15ml Adriatico Amaretto
- 90ml Fresh Carbonated Coconut Water
- Ginger Oat Foam to Garnish
Directions:
Carbonate fresh coconut water using your Drinkmate Machine. This process will infuse the coconut water with a refreshing fizz, enhancing the overall texture of the cocktail
In a cup, combine the Adriatico Amaretto with the freshly carbonated coconut water.
Prepare a ginger oat foam separately. You can create this by whisking together oat milk with a, small amount of ginger syrup until it forms a light foam. Alternatively, use a foam dispenser if available
Carefully top the drink with a layer of the ginger oat foam.
