The cocktail is a celebration of flavor harmony, embodying the beauty of cultural fusion in a glass. With a sweet, floral, slightly fruity note, typical of the Western palate.
- 20ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 100ml Osmanthus Sencha
- 5ml Passion Fruit Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
Osmanthus Sencha
- 2 bags of Sencha
- 5g Osmanthus Flower
- 1000ml Ice Cold Water
Directions:
Osmanthus Sencha
Combine Sencha and Osmanthus flowers with ice-cold water. Leave the mixture to infuse overnight.
East Meets West Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine elderflower liqueur, the infused Osmanthus Sencha, passion fruit syrup, and lemon juice
Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture well until it is chilled
Carbonate the mix
Strain the cocktail into a glass and serve.
