Mint Lychee Spritz - Homemade Series #10
For a lighter yet sweet
- 30ml Monin Cane Sugar Syrup
- 30ml Simple Syrup (Combine equal parts sugar and hot water, then let cool)
- 400ml Water
- 5-10 Mint Leaves
- 2-4 Lychees In Syrup (Bought from any supermarket)
Directions:
Mix and combine the Monin cane sugar syrup, simple syrup and water
Cabonate the mixture
In a tall glass add the mint leaves and lychees
Add ice cubes to the glass, fill with carbonated mixture and serve.
